Mitchel brings over 20 years\u2019 experience in the aviation and leasing industries. Since joining the company, he has overseen its transition from captive lessor to full-service third-party lease manager. Prior to FPG Amentum, Mitchel worked in De Lage Landen (part of the Rabobank Group) in a number of roles, including Head of Structured Asset Finance, with responsibility for leasing, product development and debt syndication.
